Action Learning

I facilitate action learning sets, which aim to provide individuals with the time, space and a group of peers to support them in exploring the major challenges they face. The structured process used, together with the real situations presented, enable individuals to find their own solutions, to develop and deepen their thinking and to create positive actions they can take back into the workplace. Sets can work on individual challenges or on common projects. I have trained and coached action learning facilitators and am myself a member of a peer consultancy set.
